Welcome aboard the Reel Busy and to our St. Lucie Inlet Fishing Report. After weeks of heavy winds and sporty seas it was great to get back on the water today to catch some fish.
The morning started out on the slow side but we kept picking away and ended up with two Big Blackfin Tuna, 25lbs & 29 lbs., caught & released two out of three Sailfish and caught seven dolphin up to ten lbs.
Most of our action was due east of the inlet in 170′ to 240′ feet of water but others had good dolphin action in 85′ to 145′ of water. The conditions look good for the next several days so get out there and catch some fish or give us a call and we’ll hook you up.
